Archiving Folders or Images from your Imaging account can be performed either individually or in bulk.
To archive an individual Folder (and all of its contents) or an individual file, simply click somewhere on its row in Imaging to the right of the folder/file name to pull out its Details Panel. Then, click the Archive button and the folder/file will be archived:
If you want to archive Folders or Images in bulk, you can do that as well, as long as they are all at the same level of your Imaging account. Simply check off the box for the folders/files you want to archive and then click the Archive button that appears at the bottom of the screen once you've selected your items:
If you later decide you need to restore folders or files you've previously archived, you can visit your Archived area from the link on your left navigation menu:
After clicking that option you'll see all of your archived materials:
Simply check off the box for the folders/files you want to restore and then click the Restore button that appears at the bottom of the screen once you've selected your items:
All restored folders and files will then be restored to the location they were prior to when they were archived.
If you decide you would like to permanently delete folders or files from your Imaging account (meaning you would no longer be able to access or restore them), you can do this from the Archived area as well.
To do so, select the folder/file you would like to delete and then click the Delete button that appears:
You'd then see the below:
If you are sure you want to delete everything you've checked off, type DELETE in the box and click the Delete button. This will remove all selected files and folders from your Imaging Archive.
