Webmail 9.0: Forgot Password feature

If you find yourself unable to remember your Redtail Email password, you can use the Forgot Password link located on the Redtail Webmail login page to reset your password. See the steps discussed below: 

1. On the login page, click "Forgot Password?":
   
   
   
   

2. Enter the email address for which your password needs to be reset and click Submit:
   
   
   
   

3. Click Request Code. The code will be sent to the alternate email address you provided in the Account Recovery section.

4. Copy the code and paste where prompted. Click Verify Code.

5. Click Reset Password and specify the new password. Click Submit.

6. On successful password reset, "Password Reset Success!" will be displayed on the screen.

7. Click Back to sign in to login with the new password.
