Within Redtail Webmail, each account holder has the ability to indicate an email address to forward email correspondence to as well as the option to choose to retain the message in your mailbox or automatically delete the message when forwarded. Below you will find the steps you would take to set this up:
- Go to your Webmail Settings:

Click Accounts in the left pane and choose an account from the right pane by clicking the Account Name:

Scroll down to the Access your mail elsewhere area:

Check the box Forward: Your mail is forwarded to the specified address, so that you can check it there.

Enter an email address where you’d like to forward your emails and click the "Add" button for that address.

Check the box Keep a copy here if you'd like Webmail to keep a copy of the email received.

Click Save at the bottom.
