Webmail 9.0: Changing Password

If for any reason you want to reset the password for your Redtail-hosted email password, you have the ability to reset it within Redtail Webmail. Below we will show you how:

In the top right corner of Webmail, click your Profile Image (or the Profile Image icon) and select Change Password:




The Change Password dialog would then appear:



Enter your current Webmail password in the Current Password field.

Type in the new password in the New Password field as well as in the Confirm Password field.

Click Continue to apply the changes.


Changing your password will require you to update it within any mail client and/or mobile devices where you have the same email account set up.

If you do not know your current password, you will need to Contact Redtail Email Support to request they reset your password. A security check with the Primary Account holder may be required. Contact information can be found below:
