Setting up the integration:

1. Log in to catchlight.ai.
2. Navigate to the Integrations page and click the "Connect" button for Redtail under your list of available apps:
   
   
   
   
   
3. Read and agree to the terms:
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your Redtail username and password:
   
   
5. Upon successful Redtail log in, you should map your Redtail statuses to Catchlight statuses. The selected Catchlight status will dictate which tab the individuals display on. This can be changed one-by-one once in Catchlight if desired.
   
   
6. After mapping these Statuses, click the "Continue and research contacts" button. You should then see a confirmation message that the integration setup was successful.

After successfully setting up the integration, you'll see imported individuals from Redtail on your Catchlight dashboard:
