If you find yourself unable to remember your Redtail Email password, you can use the Forgot Password link located on the Redtail Webmail login page to reset your password. See the steps discussed below:
Go to https://webmail.redtailtechnology.com and click the Forgot Password link
Next, you will be prompted to enter your Username, which is your full Redtail-hosted email address. After entering your email address, click Submit.
Next, you'll be asked to verify that you have access to the email address you have set to receive password reset codes. Review the screen and hit Request Code to proceed. 
After selecting Request Code, an email containing the password reset code will be sent to the email address on file. The screen will then offer a field to enter the Reset Code from the email you received. Enter the code in the provided field and select Verify Code.
After verifying the code, the screen will refresh and you will be presented with two options:
- Continue with Session, which will take you to your mailbox or to reset your password.
- Reset Password, which will allow to reset your email password.
When choosing the Reset Password option, the screen will refresh and prompt you to enter a New Password and to Confirm Password. After entering the new password in both fields, select Submit to complete the password change. After submitting the password change, you will be returned to the login screen to log in to your mailbox.
