Course 1 - History: Record & Report 

Course 1 is all about focusing on how to record, manage, and report on your historical items in Redtail. We’ll be spending our time going over a number of useful tools at your disposal in the CRM including Notes, Activities, the Calendar, Reminders, Workflows, and Automations. Not only will we be guiding you through how to apply these tools in your workplace, but also how to report on them to look back on what you’ve been recording. Course 1 is an intermediate; nuts-and-bolts training session that focuses on navigation, purpose, and some best practice examples regarding history in your CRM.

Course 2 – History: Strategic Skills Challenge

Course 2 takes everything covered during Course 1 and uses a strategic approach to apply those topics to common events in a financial practice. We’ll be taking a fun, game show approach to covering the Historical tools in Redtail, combining them in various ways to show attendees how to tackle these everyday situations. Attendees will have an opportunity to guide the discussion along, interacting with other attendees and our presenters to see what Redtail CRM is capable of in their office. Course 2 is a mix of intermediate and advanced focus on practice management using existing tools within Redtail CRM.

Course 3 – Information: Organize, Segment, & Usage

Course 3 is all about effectively managing the various pieces of information that give your CRM its true power. Primarily focusing on Contact Information, Course 3 is focused on getting you set up to better organize and collect the information in your CRM. After that, we’ll show you how to organize and segment that information using Searching and Reporting. Lastly, we’ll cover the many tools that help you market to your contacts based on that information. Course 3 is a deep dive into the work that is required to run a successful, clean database. We’ll be focusing on a number of tools and concepts, including Contact Management, The Contact Record, Customization, Advanced Searching, Lists, Reporting, Seminars, Opportunities, and more.

Course 4 – Information: Strategic Skills Challenge

Course 4 takes all of the tools discussed in Course 3, and uses them to strategically approach common situations that are encountered in a financial practice. We’ll be focusing on practice management scenarios typically found in the day-to-day and using the many tools discussed to find solutions to those situations. As before, attendees will have the opportunity to interact and guide the conversation with fellow attendees and the presenters. Course 4 is a mix of intermediate and advanced focus on practice management using existing tools within Redtail CRM.
