Setting up the integration:
You'll need to enable the fpPathfinder integration within your database. Instructions for enabling integrations can be found here. Note as well: you do need a Premier subscription with fpPathfinder in order for the integration to work.
Then, from that same page where you've enabled the integration, click the Actions menu for fpPathfinder and select "Settings". You'll then see the below, where you can click the "Authorize Access to fpPathfinder" button.
You'll then be redirected to fpPathfinder's website, where you'll be prompted to enter your credentials for their service. After authorization, you'll be redirected back to Redtail CRM.
Integration functionality:
After setting up the integration, when within a contact record in Redtail you can click your Integrations Menu and select fpPathfinder. You'll then see the below:
Note: you will need to click "Checklists" to see it expanded as it is above.
From there you can choose the Type of Checklist you would like to run through with the client. Below, you can see we've clicked "Life Events":
When you click one of these Life Events Checklist links, you'll be taken into fpPathfinder via SSO (Single Sign-On) where you'll see the contact's name attached to the checklist. Once you've gone over all of the questions for a specific Checklist with your client and completed it within fpPathfinder, there is an option at the bottom of the resulting page to have the results posted to Redtail via Note, where you can access it at any time:
