Shared Family Contact Card Info

Home addresses and Home phone numbers entered in your Family Head of Household's record will automatically populate (share) in their spouse's and/or other dependents' records (unless those records already have Home address or Home phone numbers entered). Note: Phone Numbers or Addresses whose Type is not designated as "Home" in the Family Head's record will not display on any dependent's Contact Cards.

Several things to bear in mind about shared Family Contact Card info:

  • If your Head of Household has multiple Home addresses indicated on their Contact Card, the first Home address added to their record is the one that will be shared with family members.
  • If your Head of Household has multiple Home phone numbers indicated on their Contact Card, the Home phone number marked as "Primary" is the one that will be shared with family members. If none of the Home phone numbers are marked "Primary", the first Home phone number added to their record is the one that will be shared with family members.
  • Updating a shared Home phone number or Home address within any of the family members' records will update it in all records.
  • Adding a new Home phone number or Home address to a spouse's record or a dependent's record will remove the shared Home phone number or Home address from their Contact Card.
