Which data fields are lost when changing a contact record's Type from Individual to Business?

If you ever have the need to change the Type of a contact record from Individual to Business, you may wonder which fields that were populated with data in that Individual record may be lost with the change: 

If you make this change, the following fields are not present in Business Records and thus that data will be lost in the conversion:

Salutation, Designation, Suffix, Nickname and Middle Name
Date of Death
Marital Status
Marital Anniversary
Employer and Job Title
