Fiduciary No Contact Report

Redtail CRM offers you a large number of Standard Reports to assist you with quickly accessing information that is relevant to your day-to-day operations.  One such report is the Fiduciary No Contact Report, which will allow you to see which of your clients with at least one Tax Qualified account that you have not entered a Note for or completed an Activity for in a certain amount of days, filtering on account or contact level information.

To access the Fiduciary No Contact Report, click the Reports option from your Left Menu Bar to see all of the available Standard Reports within your database:

On the resulting page, your Fiduciary No Contact Report is accessible within the Fiduciary Reports section:

After clicking No Contact, your report will open up, arranged alphabetically and based upon a 90 day setting for the "Days in the past" filter by default. Here's a look at a sample portion of a Fiduciary No Contact Report:

Note that the columns will allow you to sort the report data based upon that column's data by clicking the column name. 

Above your report, you'll see several Options: 

 
 
The filters modal will allow you to filter by:
  • the number of days in the past for which you want to see that No Contact has been made
  • Account Status
  • Account Type
  • Account Tax Qualified Type
  • Any combination of No Completed Notes and/or No Completed Activities
  • Activity Types
  • Activity Categories
  • Note Types
  • Note Categories

    You can also check off the box at the bottom of this Filter Options modal to indicate if you only want to include Heads of Household in your filtered results.

Clicking export will download the data and allow you to open it up in Microsoft Excel. 
 
The pdf button downloads a report, suitable for printing.   
 
Search sends the currently displayed contact names in your report to your Advanced Search page, where you can take further actions with those contacts.
