Redtail CRM offers you a large number of Standard Reports to assist you with quickly accessing information that is relevant to your day-to-day operations. One such report is the No Contact Report, which will allow you to see which contacts you have not entered a Note for or completed an Activity for in a certain amount of days.
To access the No Contact Report, click the Reports option from your Left Menu Bar to see all of the available Standard Reports within your database:
On the resulting page, your No Contact Report is accessible within the Contact Reports section:
After clicking No Contact, your report will open up, arranged alphabetically and based upon a 90 day setting for the "Days in the past" filter by default. Here's a look at a sample portion of a No Contact Report:
Note that the columns will allow you to sort the report data based upon that column's data by clicking the column name.
Above your report, you'll see several Options:

- the number of days in the past for which you want to see that No Contact has been made
- Contact Status, Category, Source, State, and Keywords
- Servicing and Writing Advisor
- Any combination of No Completed Notes and/or No Completed Activities
- Activity Types
- Activity Categories

You can also check off the box at the bottom of this Filter Options modal to indicate if you only want to include Heads of Household in your filtered results.
