Session Timeouts

ClientWorks sessions will automatically time out after two hours with no activity. This timeframe is not changeable by the advisor. You will receive a prompt allowing you to extend your session 120 seconds prior to automatic timeout.

Note as well:

Your session timeout settings for ClientWorks itself can trigger a timeout within Redtail. For example, let's say that you SSO from ClientWorks into Redtail and your session times out after two hours of inactivity. Then, you go back into ClientWorks and SSO into Redtail again. If you have a session timeout in ClientWorks itself, this will log you out of ClientWorks within Redtail as well, and this could happen inside that two-hour timeframe.
