When another database user assigns you an activity in Redtail CRM, you can control whether you receive an email notification letting you know about the assignment.
To adjust this setting, go to your Preferences:
Then, scroll to the Notification Options section:
Click inside the box beneath Receive Email Notifications for Assigned Activities to select Yes or No. After selecting your desired setting, click save preferences in the upper right hand corner of the Notification Options section and you will have successfully changed this setting.
If you select "No", you can always view your Calendar to see items that are assigned to you.
If you select "Yes", you'll receive email notification each time an activity is assigned to you by another database user.
