One of the sections within the Know Your Client area of contact overviews is the Identifications section, accessible by clicking the "Misc Client Info" tab at the top of this section:
To add any information here, click the Add button in the top right corner of the section. You'd then see the below:
There are several pieces of information you can track here that, after completion, might look like our original example above.
In that example, I've added one Types of identification, a State Driver's License. You can also add Passports, US Permanent Resident Cards, Military or Other IDs.
You can edit an existing Identification by clicking its ID Number or selecting Edit from the Actions menu to the left of the ID Number. You can also delete an existing identification by selecting Delete from that same Actions menu.
