When within a contact record, you'll notice that you have an additional menu beneath your Top Right Menu Bar. One of the menu items here is Common Tasks:
If you click on this menu, you'll see the below options (dependent upon which integrations you have enabled within your database):
Add to Seminar - select this option to add the contact to a list of Seminar Attendees for one of your Seminars and set their Seminar Attendee Status.
Add to Tag Group - select this option to choose from a list of Tag Groups in your database to add the contact to (or create a new one to add them to).
Mail Merge - selecting this option will provide you with a dialog that allows you to select one of your uploaded Mail Merge templates to merge with your contact's information and open up in Microsoft Word.
Run a Report - select this option to choose from a list of reports (in pdf format) specific to the contact record with which you're working.
Custom Exports - select this option to choose one of your Custom Exports to use with the contact.
Send to Constant Contact - select this option to send the contact's data to Constant Contact (if you use this integration).
Send to Laser App - select this option to send the contact's data to Laser App (if you use this integration).
Send to MailChimp - select this option to send the contact's data to MailChimp (if you use this integration).
Send to Morningstar Workstation - select this option to send the contact's data to Morningstar Workstation (if you use this integration).
Send to QuikForms - select this option to send the contact's data to QuikForms (if you use this integration).
Personal Profile Form - select this option to download the contact's Confidential Personal Profile in pdf format.
Download vCard - select this option to download the contact's vCard and then add it to your desired application (if it accepts vCards).
Delete Contact - select this option to send the contact to your Recycle Bin.
