When you access a contact record in Redtail, you'll notice new menu items in your Left Menu Bar underneath Contacts (these menu items only appear when within a contact record):
Here, we'll look at the Assets / Liabilities option under this menu. This link takes you to your Contact Record's Assets / Liabilities page, where you can view or edit all Assets or Liabilities you’ve entered for your client or add new ones:
Clicking the Actions icon to the left of an asset or liability Name will provide you with the options to Edit or Delete:
Clicking the Add button in the top right corner of the Assets or Liabilities widgets will provide you with dialogs for adding your Asset or Liability:
If you'd like a printable report of your Assets and Liabilities for a contact, click the Common Tasks menu and then select "Run a Report." There you'll see an option for "Assets/Liabilities" Report. If you click that, a pdf report you can print with that data will download to your machine.
