One of the areas accessible from your Contacts' Overview page is Client Review:
Note that with a glance at the top of a contact's Overview, you can see their next review date, if that data has been entered for them. Clicking that date will take you to the Client Review area of their Know Your Client page:
If you need to change any information in that area, just click the "edit" button in its upper right corner.
If a contact doesn't currently have any data entered for Client Review, when you click that "edit" button you'll see the below:
Just manually enter your First Review Date (in the format indicated below) or choose it from the Calendar that pops up when you click inside that field:
Next, choose a Review Frequency from those available in the menu (Review Frequency will trigger Client Review Reminders on your Dashboard):
In this example, let's say we want to set up Quarterly Reviews for the client. In order to accomplish that, we'd select "monthly" from the "Repeats" menu. We'd then see more options:
We'd then set this to repeat every 3 months, on the Last Monday of that month, with the repeat never ending. Note, you could also choose "each" from the "Repeats monthly" box and specify a specific date, i.e. the 14th. To save this, just click "Update Client Review".
As mentioned above, this will trigger a Client Review Reminder on your Dashboard based upon how many days in advance you've indicated you want these to display from the Reminders section of your Site Preferences. Also, you have the option on your main Calendar to display client reviews on the dates they are scheduled (this option is in the Actions box on your main Calendar page).
After the date arrives, the Next Review Date field will update automatically, based upon the Review Frequency you've entered here.
