Redtail maintains a moderated Google Forum, where, after registering, you can read through previous threads as well as pose new questions to other Redtail users or provide feedback on questions they've posted. You can access this forum from within your CRM under the Help and Resources menu:
After clicking Google Forum, you'll see a page similar to the below:
Note: if you aren't already signed into one of your Google accounts, you'll first be prompted to sign in - then you'll see the above. Click "Apply for membership." At that point, you'll see the below:
Check off any boxes or fields that apply and then click "Apply to join this group." You'll then see the below:
After you've been approved to join the group, you'll receive an email that looks like the below:
Click "Visit the group." You'll then need to sign in again, using the email address which you used to apply for membership.
You can then access and post within the forum.
