What information will Retriever for Tailwag sync to Outlook?

The following fields can transfer via the Retriever for Tailwag:

Contact Data 

(Note: Contact sync is only a one way sync from Redtail to Outlook)

• Title and suffix - sync to their respective fields in Outlook
• First, Middle and Last names - sync to their respective fields in Outlook
• Name (for Business contact types) - sync to its respective field in Outlook
• Nickname - syncs to its respective field in Outlook
• Job Title - syncs to its respective field in Outlook
• Company name - syncs to its respective field in Outlook
• Birthday - syncs to its respective field in Outlook. Note that Retriever will only attempt to sync Date of Birth for Contacts on the FIRST time a contact is synced.
• Gender - syncs to its respective field in Outlook
• Home Email Address - syncs to Email 1 in Outlook
• Work Email Address - syncs to Email 2 in Outlook
• Other Email Address - syncs to Email 3 in Outlook
• Homepage - syncs to Web Page Address in Outlook (Other and Work websites do not sync)
• Category - syncs to its respective field in Outlook
• Full Home Address - syncs to Home Address in Outlook
• Full Work Address - syncs to Business Address in Outlook
• Full Other Address - syncs to Other Address in Outlook
• Mailing Address does not sync
• Work Phone syncs to Business Phone in Outlook
• Mobile Phone syncs to Mobile Phone in Outlook
• Home Phone syncs to Home Phone in Outlook
• Fax, Other, Direct Dial and Toll Free Phone Numbers do not sync
• Assistant's Name and Phone Number - sync to their respective fields in Outlook
• Important Info - syncs to Notes field in Outlook

Calendar Appointments & Tasks Data

(Note: Activities in Redtail with a Type of Task sync to Outlook's Tasks folder. All other Activity Types in Redtail sync to Outlook's Calendar folder)

• Subject
• Start Date and End Date
• If completed (only downloads from Redtail to Outlook, applies only to Tasks)
• Date of completion (only downloads from Redtail to Outlook, applies only to Tasks)
• Location
• If you delete any item in Redtail, it will be deleted from your Outlook

Please note: ALL deletions and edits have to be made in Redtail. Items deleted or edited in Outlook would reappear/ revert back in Outlook on your next sync if Outlook is where an item was deleted or edited.
