When logging into your database, the default login page is your Today page (which is otherwise accessible by clicking Today from your Left Menu Bar:
From your Today page, you'll see a menu running along the top of your screen that allows you to easily access important data that's not on the main Today page:
Here, we'll take a look at what you'll see when clicking "Contacts" from that menu:
These five charts provide you a graphical representation of the contacts in your database, either by Status, Category, Source, Gender or Age Distribution. Since they all function in the same manner, we'll just take a closer look at one of them, Contacts by Status, here:
Each colored area here represents the number of your database contacts that have been assigned a particular contact Status, with your color Key on the right. If you hover your cursor over one of the colored areas of the graph, you'll see the Status and the total number and percentage of your database contacts assigned that Status:
Further, for the Status, Category and Source graphs, if you click one of those colored areas it will take you to the corresponding report within your database, filtered for that selection.
Note: The threshold for an Status, Category or Source to receive its own slice in these pie charts is set to 2%. Any Statuses, Categories or Sources that don't account for at least 2% of the total within your database are lumped into a slice labeled "Other."
You can also use the two icons in the top right corner of each of these areas to change between a graph and text view (as you can see below in the Contacts by Category graph):
As a final note, you can add, edit or delete your Categories, Sources and Statuses under Manage Your Account —> Manage Database Lists.
