Account Company by AUM Report (Top-N Report)

Redtail CRM offers you a large number of Standard Reports to assist you with quickly accessing information that is relevant to your day-to-day operations.  One such report is the Account Company by AUM Report.

To access the Account Company by AUM Report, click the Reports option from your Left Menu Bar to see all of the available Standard Reports within your database:

On the resulting page, your Account Company by AUM Report is accessible in the Top-N Reports section:

After clicking Account Company by AUM, your report will open up, divided in groupings by Account Company of those accounts listed within your contact records.  Note that, because this is a Top-N Report, these will be listed in order of those for whom the AUM is greatest.  Here's a look at a sample portion of an Account Company by AUM Report:

To see the Accounts for a given Company, you simply need to click the row that contains that Company's name (the number of Accounts they have is listed in parenthesis to the right of their name).  In the example below, I've clicked TD Ameritrade:

As you can see, TD Ameritrade has six accounts listed here with relevant details.  You can click a contact name to access their Overview page or click the account number to access the details for the specific account.  You can see similar account information for any of the other Account Companies listed by simply clicking the row with their Company Name.

Above your Report, you'll see several Options

The "filter" button presents you with a modal that will allow you to select to view the top 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100 Account Companies by AUM in your report:
Click inside the highlighted box above, make your selection and then click "apply filters" to update what you're viewing in the report.
Clicking export will download the data and allow you to open it up in Microsoft Excel.
The pdf button downloads a report, suitable for printing.

Search sends the contacts that are linked to the accounts currently present in your report to your Advanced Search page, where you can take further actions with those contacts.
