Setting up the integration:

1. You will need to contact Broadridge in order to initiate the integration between Redtail and Broadridge. You can reach them at 866-209-2440 or investigo.support@broadridge.com.
2. After you have contacted Broadridge to request the integration setup, they will notify us of the request and send over the necessary information from their end.
3. Once we've received the setup request from Broadridge, the turnaround time on our end is one business day.
4. You'll know the feed has begun when you see accounts under Unlinked Accounts.

Integration functionality:

Account data is pushed from Broadridge to Redtail.
