Setting up the integration:
In order to set up the integration, you'll need to enable the Docupace integration within your database. Instructions for enabling integrations can be found here.
Then, from the Manage Integrations page where the integration was just enabled, you will need to click Settings under the Actions menu for Docupace Technologies:
You'll then see the below:
Enter your Domain (which you can obtain from Docupace) here, copy the Token and Save.
Log into Docupace, go to Administration, List Domains, User Preferences (domain 243):
Select New Users Preferences button:
Then, select the Application Preference "Redtail user key" and enter the Token you copied from Redtail in the Memo Value field and Save:
You can send contacts from Redtail to Docupace. You can access this by clicking your Integrations icon and then selecting Docupace from your options. You can then follow onscreen prompts.
