TD Ameritrade Institutional VEO®

Integration Name:

TD Ameritrade Institutional VEO®

Integration Type:

Setting up the integration:

If you use TD Ameritrade's VEO platform, you can establish the integration with Redtail in the following manner:

First, an admin user of the database must enable the integration for all database users under Manage  Integrations.

Then, each individual user must enter their TD Ameritrade VEO credentials under Manage Integrations as well. To do from that page, click the Actions menu in the TD Ameritrade Institutional widget and click Settings:

In the resulting dialog, enter your TD Ameritrade Institutional Username and Password and click Save (Note: no capitalization is allowed in usernames for TDA logins - all characters should be entered as lower case)

VEO integration (TDA Announcements on the overview page) should work if you are setup for the TD Account feed, but you will also need to contact TDA to have them enable your user ID on their end.  If you are not utilizing the account feed, you can still use the VEO integration - you'll just need to contact TDA to make sure this is enabled for you. Further integration options for TD Ameritrade are available from your Integrations Menu.

Integration functionality:

Veo integrates multiple platforms for smoother and more efficient operation for TD Ameritrade Advisors.

Additional components of the integration that allow access to Veo One's New Account Wizard and Announcements from within Redtail CRM are documented here.
