Setting up the integration:
- contact our support team either by phone at 800-206-5030 opt. 3 then opt. 2 or via email at email@example.com and request that we enable the Tamarac Portfolio Center integration for you.
- Be sure that you are able to provide the database owner's name when you're making this request.
You are able to export data from Tamarac PortfolioCenter and upload the account data into Redtail.
How to have your data brought in:
After we've enabled this on our end, you can begin uploading to Redtail on the following day.
Have a database admin enable the PortfolioCenter integration within your CRM. Instructions for doing so can be found here.
Instructions for exporting your data from PortfolioCenter can be downloaded at the bottom of this post.
The link for uploading this data into Redtail can be found within the Integrations menu in your Top Right navigation bar. After selecting Tamarac Portfolio Center from that menu, you'll see the below:
After clicking "Upload Portfolio Center file" here, you can then browse for the file you've created and saved from Portfolio Center to select it for upload. It typically takes 3 - 4 hours for the file you've uploaded to be reflected in your Unlinked Accounts.
