What account information shows up in the Flags column for accounts?

When viewing a client's Accounts screen, you may sometimes see different indicators in the Flags column for accounts:

The "Family" flag indicates that the account is entered under a different Family member and that you have "Show Family Accounts" selected under your Account Options menu. Hovering over the Family flag will display a tooltip listing the contact record the account is tied to.

The "Linked account" flag indicates that the account is fed into your CRM via one of Redtail's account aggregation integration partners. For accounts with this flag, if you click their Actions menu you'll see an option to "View Feed Details."

The Corporate, Custodian, Individual, Investment Club, JTWROS, Joint, Partnership and Trust flags indicate that the account has been marked using one of those Types of Ownership. Indicating an Ownership Type for an account can be accomplished by clicking the account number to access its details and then entering the Ownership information in the Type of Ownership section:

The "Tax qualified" flag means that an account has been marked as Tax Qualified. Marking an account Tax Qualified can be accomplished by clicking the Account's Actions menu and selecting Edit Account:

You would then see the Update Account dialog where you can check off the Tax Qualified option and save your entry:

The "Insured on account" flag means that the Ownership Information within the Account Details indicates an Insured party.

Establishing that an account has an Insured listed can be accomplished by clicking the account number to access its details and then entering the Insured information in the Ownership section:

*Note: when entering Owners, Joint Owners, Insured or Insured 2, you will need to type part of their name and wait for your options to be pulled from your database, rather than just typing in a name. When you see the name you are looking for, just click it to populate the box you are working with.
