Scheduled SAN Firmware Maintenance: January 18th 2013

On Friday January 18, 2013, Redtail's Email Hosting Services will undergo maintenance to perform firmware updates to our email Storage Area Network (SAN). We anticipate that your mailboxes will be inaccessible for several hours between 9:00pm Friday and 12:00am PST Saturday, January 19th. During this service window, you will not be able to access your Redtail-hosted mailbox, receive new messages or send messages. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers, but please rest assured that the receipt of all outside mail will continue uninterrupted.  We scheduled this maintenance window for a Friday evening, as this is historically a low volume business email period. Once your mailbox is available, all messages received during the scheduled maintenance will be present within your mailbox.

To track the status of the maintenance being performed, please visit our status site throughout the day by clicking here or using the following URL: status.redtailtechnology.com. You can also track the status of the update via Facebook and Redtail’s helpdesk.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that may result from the scheduled maintenance. We would like to thank you for the opportunity to be your Email Service Provider (ESP) as well as for your understanding while we work to improve our services. If you have any questions about the scheduled maintenance, feel free to contact us at support@redtailtechnology.com.
