Scheduled LDAP and MTA Maintenance: November 23rd 2012 Addendum

We are sorry to report that some users are experiencing authentication issues within their mail program(s) as a result of this scheduled maintenance to our email services performed over the weekend.

Below, please find steps for troubleshooting for the most common email programs.

Outlook

If you are being prompted to re-enter your account password, below is a link to some step-by-step instructions that will walk you through resolving the issue:

If neither of the troubleshooting steps resolve the issues you are experiencing, you may want to remove the account and re-add it back to Outlook.

First, try re-entering your account password within the account's settings on your Android device. If re-entering your password does not correct the issue, the next step is to check your settings or remove and re-add your email account to your phone.
