Your Search options appear in the top right corner of Imaging:
You can search for words or phrases within your file and folder names or you can search your files by indexes that you've applied to them.
Search: Typing your term to search for in this box and then clicking the Search button will return a new page divided into two sections (where applicable). If you have documents that contain your search term in their name, these will be displayed in a section from which you can open the document or enter the folder where it is contained. You can also view the file size for each document and the date it was added to Imaging:
If you have folders that contain your search term in their name, these will be displayed in a section from which you can enter the folder to view the documents which the folder contains. You can also view the date the folder was added to Imaging:
Index Search: Clicking on the Index Search link will refresh your browser to an Index Search screen from which you can search your Imaging library based upon Indexes you’ve created and applied to files within your Imaging Library. An example of what this might look like is below:
