Setup of the integration is all handled from the Monmouth side after you've established an account with them, so inquiries should be directed at this time to them in order to get started with the integration. In a nutshell, once you're set up, the integration will automatically pull up the contact record of anyone calling into your phone system, removing the need for you to search for a contact after they've identified themself. Additionally, it offers an option for automatic note creation after you hang up to record the fact that you received the call.
