Constant Contact

To begin using the integration, you will first need to establish an account with Constant Contact. Once you've established your Constant Contact account, you will need to enter your Constant Contact credentials under Manage Your Account —> Change Site Preferences:


Once on your Site Preferences page, scroll down to the Constant Contact area of the Integrations section and enter your Constant Contact username and password:


Then, click Save at the top of the Integrations section on this page:


You can then go to any Contact Record's Overview and scroll to the Common Tasks area at the bottom of the right-hand column, where you'll see a Send to Constant Contact option:


After clicking the Send to Constant Contact link, you'll see a dialog where you can select which of your existing Constant Contact lists to add the contact to or an option to Create a new list to which to add them.  Note: if the contact is already a part of any of your Constant Contact lists, those lists will not show up in the Choose Existing List menu:



After making your selection, click Add to Constant Contact.

You can also send contacts to Constant Contact in bulk.  To do so, pull up the group of contacts you want to send on your Search page within Redtail.  Then, from the Options menu, choose Send to Constant Contact:


This will download a .csv file, which you can then import into your desired list within Constant Contact.  Note: you would need to use Constant Contact's import functionality to import the .csv file exported from Redtail.
