Finance Logix

Account Feed

If you are a Finance Logix user, you can establish an account feed from Finance Logix to Redtail.  In order to establish this feed, you'll need to login to your Finance Logix account and enter your Redtail Username, your Redtail Password and your SSN in the appropriate locations. You can then contact Redtail Support to provide your SSN and we will set you up for the feed on our end.

We'll also need the database owner's name in order to process the setup.

We'll then set this up on our end and the feed typically begins 2-3 business days after setup. Once the integration feed has begun, you'll begin seeing accounts on your Unlinked Accounts page within Redtail.

Send To and Single Sign-On (SSO)

You also have the ability to import contact data from Redtail to your Finance Logix account.  In order to enable this capability, you can go to Manage Your Account  —> Change Site Preference within Redtail and enter your Finance Logix credentials in the Integrations area. You'll also need to enter your Redtail credentials in the Integrations area within your Finance Logix account.  After setting this up, you can then go within Finance Logix to Integrations —> Import Data tab to pull contacts from Redtail to Finance Logix.

Note: when you select the Send To option for FinanceLogix from the Integrations menu when within a contact record in Redtail, if you've entered all your credentials within both applications this will open up FinanceLogix, allowing you to search for and import that contact and selected accounts into FinanceLogix.

Client Snapshot

In order to enable the Client Snapshot from Finance Logix within client records in Redtail, you'll need to login to Finance Logix, go to the Setup Integration tab and then connect Redtail with your credentials. Then, after sending a client to Finance Logix, you can access the Client Snapshot within their contact record in Redtail by clicking the Finance Logix icon in their Basic Information section and selecting Client Snapshot:

You'd then see something like the below, reflecting your client's information of this nature that you have stored within Finance Logix:
