Editing Contact Information

To make a change in either the Basic Information, Contact Details, Important Information, Keyword or Assistant Information sections:

  • Click Edit in the header bar for that section:

     

  • Make your changes in the pop-up dialog, then click Save at the bottom:

     

 

To make changes to the Contact Card section for a record:

  • If you would like to add a new item, click on add next to the type of content you would like to add (e.g. Phone Number).

     
  • Enter your content, then click Save at the bottom of the dialog:

     

  • To make a change to content in this section, click the Type (e.g. home) of the content that you want to edit:



  • Make your changes and click Save at the bottom of the resulting dialog:
