Account Company by AUM Report (Top-N Report)

Redtail CRM offers you a large number of Standard Reports to assist you with quickly accessing information that is relevant to your day-to-day operations.  One such report is the Account Company by AUM Report.

To access the Account Company by AUM Report, click the Standard Reports option under the Reports menu from your top navigation menu to see all of the available Standard Reports within your database:

On the resulting page, your Account Company by AUM Report is accessible within the Top-N Reports section:

After clicking Account Company by AUM, your report will open up, divided in groupings by Account Company of those accounts listed within your contact records.  Note that, because this is a Top-N Report, these will be listed in order of those for whom the AUM is greatest.  Here's a look at a sample portion of an Account Company by AUM Report:

To see the Accounts for a given Company, you simply need to click the plus (+) icon to the left of the Company's name (the number of Accounts they have is listed in parenthesis to the right of their name).  In the example below, I've clicked the plus icon to the left of American Investors Group:

As you can see, American Investors Group has three accounts listed here with relevant details.  You can click a contact name to access their Overview page or click the account number to access the details for the specific account.  You can see similar account information for any of the other Account Companies listed by simply clicking their corresponding plus icon.

To the right of your report, you should see a Filters and an Options widget:

By default, the top 20 Account Companies by AUM are displayed in the report.  You can select a different number from the Top pulldown box and Apply the Filter to see a different number of results in the report.

From the Options widget, you can send your report data to either Excel or to a PDF document.
