How do I update my billing information?

If you ever need to update your credit card or billing address information, this can be done quickly by the database owner.

When logged into Redtail CRM, click on the My Account link in the upper right corner of your CRM (available from every page in the CRM):

A new tab will open up, prompting you to login again.  After doing so, if your credit card expires within 2 months or has expired, you'll see a Credit Card Reminder dialog.  Please click Update Billing Information

Then, click Billing Information under Subscription Management, and you'll see you can edit your information, as in the example below:

Just enter your new Credit Card information and Billing Information.  Click Save.

You can then close this new tab and return to your CRM.
