You can modify your Site Preferences under the Manage Your Account menu:
After clicking Change Site Preferences, the Preferences which you can manage are divided into several categories, which you can jump right to using the Preferences widget on the top right-hand side of the page:
Here we'll take a quick look at Report Options:
The Display Name field shows up in the bottom left corner of the Portfolio Reports available from a contact record's Accounts page. You can enter whatever Disclosure Statement is required in the Disclosure Statement field. Check off "Print on Separate Page" if you would like your Statement to appear once on a separate page at the end of the report. Otherwise it will appear at the bottom of each page. Your Disclosure Statement will appear on the Portfolio Reports available from a contact record's Accounts page.
