For all of the below integrations, make sure you click Save in the upper right corner of the Integrations box in order to save your changes.
If you have an account with AdvisoryWorld, you can enter your credentials here in order to have access to the AdvisoryWorld Reports available from your client's Accounts pages. More on this integration is available here.
If you are a Cambridge rep, you can enter your CLIC credentials here in order to enable Send to CLIC functionality from contact records. More on the requirements to enable this integration are here.
If you are a subscriber to both Redtail CRM and a web-based version of Laserfiche, you can enter the Install Path provided to you by Cities Digital here to enable the integration on the Redtail side. Instructions for setting up on the Laserfiche side can be accessed here.
If you utilize Constant Contact's service, you can enter your Constant Contact credentials here and save. You'll then be able to send contacts individually or in bulk to your Constant Contact account. Details are here.
If you use Docupace, you can obtain the Domain information that you should enter here from Docupace. After saving this, you will then have the capability to send contacts to Docupace from Redtail. More on this integration is here.
If you subscribe to both Redtail CRM and eMoney, this integration will allow you to send basic contact information from Redtail to eMoney. The Send to eMoney link is available in the Common Tasks area of a contact's Overview page in Redtail. For the Partner Name field: By default, all users are set up under the eMoney Advisor (Independent) option. However, you can change this if you're under one of the other partners listed in the Partner Name pulldown menu. More on this integration is here.
If you subscribe to both Redtail and FinanceLogix, you will need to enter your FinanceLogix Username and Password here in order to send data from Redtail to FinanceLogix. You'll also want to go into your FinanceLogix account, go to your Account Settings, click on the Integrations tab and then select Redtail. You can then enter your Redtail Username, Password and Social Security number there. More on this integration is here.
If you subscribe to both Redtail and LaserApp, you will need to select whether you are using the Enterprise (Desktop) version of LaserApp or the Anywhere version. If you are using the Anywhere version, you'll need to enter your LaserApp Username and Password here in order to send data from Redtail to LaserApp Anywhere. You can obtain your API Key from within your MailChimp account. After obtaining you can enter this here and save. You can read more about the integration with MailChimp here.
If you subscribe to both MarketingLibrary.net and Redtail, you can send pieces from MarketingLibrary to Redtail to run merges with your individual clients. First, you'll need to obtain your Authentication Code from MarketingLibrary. This is accessible from within your MarketingLibrary account under Settings --> CRM Integration --> Redtail CRM. You can then enter that code here and save. You can learn more about the integration here.
Once you've signed up with MoneyGuidePro, you can obtain your MGP Integration ID from them. You will need to enter this here. You will also need to enter your Redtail credentials within your MoneyGuidePro account. More on the integration is here.
If you subscribe to both Redtail and NetDocuments, you can now view your client Workspaces from NetDocuments within that contact's record in Redtail. This is where you enter your NetDocuments credentials in order to enable that integration. More details are here.
If you subscribe to both Redtail and Citrix ShareFile, you can now view your client folders from ShareFile within that contact's record in Redtail. This is where you enter your ShareFile credentials in order to enable that integration. More details are here.
If you use TD Ameritrade's VEO platform, you can enter your credentials here to enable the integration — you'll also want to indicate whether you are using Version 1 or Version 2. More information on the integration is accessible here.
