To setup an Exchange (EWS) account within Outlook for Mac, follow the steps below:
Open your version of Outlook for Mac. Within Outlook, select Preferences. Within the Accounts window, select the Exchange icon or the + in the lower left corner of the accounts pane and to select Exchange as the account type you wish to configure.
After selecting to add an Exchange account, you will enter your email address within the Email address field. Followed by your Username and Password (username will always be full email address) within the respective fields. Uncheck Configure automatically then enter mapi.redtailtechnology.com in the Server field. To complete the process, simply click Add Account.
